Caller auth: phone number + zip code (lite). The IVR validates by phone first; if multiple matches, asks for zip. Live Twilio IVR wiring (TwiML, media streams) is staged for the next phase — workflows and prompts are editable now so the agent stays consistent when it goes live.
Twilio webhook setup
In the Twilio console, open the office number and set A Call Comes In → Webhook (HTTP POST) to the voice URL below. Press 1 routes the caller to Aria. Press 2 prompts for a care-team extension and dials that clinician's phone with both legs recorded.
